A Message from the Developers: Hayward and Lucy Brown

Our Vision

The vision of Tayvis Estates was born out of necessity. We saw an incredible opportunity to meet the needs of current and future residents in Las Cruces. There is a very wide range of potential homeowners who are looking for a unique style of living; a style with conveniences that are difficult to find at other properties. Tayvis sets a different standard in Las Cruces, offering an active community with walking paths, a clubhouse, swimming pool, all protected by 24 hour gated security. All of these features are offered in a community where the standard of living is high but available at an affordable price.

Our Goal

We broke ground on Tayvis Estates in 2005, with the goal of building a different kind of community that was active, friendly, and portrayed a real sense of community. Residents have the opportunity to live in an elegant home in a resort style community, but at an affordable price.

Our Accomplishment

We have been building homes since the mid 1980’s and have a proven track record for quality and excellence. This tradition has continued with the development of Tayvis Estates. Over 15 years of experience has gone into Tayvis – it is our best property yet.

Our vision is now a reality and we encourage you and your family to live a lifestyle which we are very proud of. It is truly gratifying for us to know that so many families will have the opportunity to live the lifestyle they dreamed in a home that is their own.
